Jones, R.N., J.D.
Jean Jones brings the knowledge and experience gained in eleven
years of active critical care nursing practice, including a

Stephen R. Suggs
Mr. Suggs was admitted to
the South Carolina Bar in November of 1999. Since that time, he
has served clients in a wide range of cases, including medical
malpractice, rollover litigation, defective medical devices,
truck accidents and premises and automotive liability. Mr. Suggs
is active with the South Carolina Trial Lawyers and has spoken

Stephen Offutt has
been a Trial attorney since graduating Law School in 1988.
Before joining the Medlaw Legal Team, Mr. Offutt had

serious personal injury. Mr. Offutt is a member of the Maryland
